SWA Vietnam concept proposed and landmark residential building, along with a specialty retail and commercial podium designed to ensure secure separate identities. This takes advantage of both the site prestige residential address in this luxury residential zone and dynamic entertainment address in Le Thanh Ton Street. There is a sensitive relationship between the site and surrounding famous existing buildings, to which the proposal responds in an integrated way to reinforce the City’s “heart”, whilst also achieving a successful commercial solution.

The design solution offers an elegant residential tower with 21 levels in height, included two levels of basement car parking, retails and health clubs in ground level and mezzanine level, two levels of offices, sixteen levels of condominium units and roof-top café bar with Saigon river view and city skyline, conceived as a contemporary tower above a glass-steel podium that is scaled and textured in response to the adjoining down town zone. Use of a variety of forms, textures and articulation provides an inspired and exciting city development commensurate with the prestigious location.
