AC office building is a modern light-industrial factory project. With that character, the design concept will be based on simple block shape and must be complied with assembly lines as well as technological standards to reduce investing cost but still remain the modern, sophisticated and unique particularities.

The project comprises 9 levels. Parking area is in Basement. Ground floor & mezzanine are lobby and electrical accessory showroom areas. From 2^nd floor to 7^th floor are electrical assembling and productive factory. The other floors are penthouses.

The project façade used two kinds of material are glass and aluminum. Doorways are designed in same typical modulus and arranged casually. The appearance of AC Office Building Project brings to a new architectural style about factory in Vietnam and becomes a new landmark of Cau Giay Industrial Zone in Ha Noi City.
