SWA Vietnam responded to an invitation to design a modern office/residential building, reflecting the quality parameters of the Client, along with site-specific requirements, reflecting on this prominent CBD site. Orientation with the office component, achieves maximum use of the land, with panoramic views across Green Park and city skyline.
The design solution creates a distinctive tower with a carefully articulated form, to provide a superior amenity to future tenants. The development consists of a level of basement car parking, ten levels of offices and two levels of penthouses.
In order to fully communicate the design into its contest, SWA Vietnam was able to prepare a 3-D model of the building and adjacent streetscapes. Fully animated walk-through were then prepared, demonstrating a pedestrian perspective of the development, from various approaches.
