This was a 2-phase project for Unilever Vietnam comprising a total of 59,000 sq.m. warehouse space located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province north of Ho Chi Minh City.

The development includes, apart from the main storage areas, offices, staff canteen, kitchen, locker rooms as well restrooms and ancillary plant rooms.

The project is one of the largest industrial developments to date in Vietnam.
