Located on an undulating but windswept 113 ha site along the East Sea, this project constitutes the beginning of a number of significant seaside developments between Vung Tau and Phan Thiet City.

Given the sites’ spectacular qualities the design centers on the natural beauty of the location and topography. This is achieved by enhancing the existing wetlands through creating peripheral as well as inter-linked lakeside promenades, boardwalks and elevated pedestrian overpasses.

This mixed use rural development comprises three main components; a residential, a commercial, and a hospitality zone. Proposed structures across the site thus include detached private housing, several smaller commercial outlets catering for water sports, canoe rentals and other outdoor recreational facilities. Public amenities include a seafood restaurant, a spa with treatment pavilions, a 9-hole golf course and a 200-guestroom hotel complex with 50 guest bungalows on stilts and a large swimming pool. All facilities are integrated within the master plan in order to create a pleasant and social environment.

At the back of the site, a 50 ha nature reserve dictates that environmental impact is reduced to a minimum. Here, a small visitor center accommodates an information desk, public restrooms and an office. From this point a “jungle walk” featuring camping areas with adjacent fireplaces and barbeque areas originates. To enhance this jungle-trek further, small tree-house shelters are constructed at strategic points in the dense vegetation, allowing an exciting adventure-trek for families and other environmentalists.
