The Planners have drawn upon its vast experience in placemaking, sustainable design, and real estate to create the Masterplan for An Phu Hung Township. The An Phu Hung Township Masterplan envisions a new town that will thrive on its ability to not only accommodate but nurture the full range of activities that modern lifestyles require: business, leisure, and high quality living. To be competitive within the regional milieu of Ho Chi Minh City’s development boom, it must make itself visible within the urban landscape and also create a critical mass of activity that might only be found in more crowded downtown areas.

The newly completed Trans-Asia Highway and regional ring road adjoin at the center of the township to divide the site into four distinct zones. Each of the four zones therefore places the bulk of their building heights and program along these roadways, creating an immediate landmark in the Ho Chi Minh City skyline that passersby will remember distinctly as An Phu Hung Township.

Although each zone fronts the major highways with their most commercial and public uses to capture value, the zones differ in their particular character to create a diverse and rich township with varying degrees of development intensity. Tall iconic buildings and special uses come together at the intersection of the two main highways to provide the central visual gateway for An Phu Hung, a marker in the cityscape that tells passersby that they have arrived in the new township.
