The project has 9 levels and 1 semi-basement belonging to multi-function architectural style such as office leasing together with showroom, in the future the terrace can be developed as restaurant and cafeteria.

SWA Vietnam has studied one new unique architectural form combining with modern materials to attract the vision. The building’s façade is covered by transparent glass together with vertical aluminum louver system to create a consistent overall. As the architectural form of the building evolved, particular attention was paid to its impact on the surrounding area. The red color distinguishes the project from the surrounding buildings, which emphasis the height of the building both in the local context, and as part of the intersection skyline.

The structure is used reinforced-concrete frame system with large structural grid in order to clear the space. The plan is set up with separated and logical entrances easy to access the project.
