The site is located in the heart of Central Business District of HCMC along with 60-meter-wide Nguyen Hue Street, which connects People Committee City Hall and Saigon River. The 46-storey building is designed to be city’s landmark.

The design concept is “Saigon Triangle”, which is derived from the characteristic of the site and the form of the tower.

Its shape maximizes views to the river and the city’s central public space. Excellency in views from the guestroom defines the fundamental value of the hotel facility.

It is truly maximized by shifting the facades so as none of the facade directly faces to the buildings surrounding the site. The triangle shape tower also adds rich and variety to the city’s skyline.
