With the area of 107ha, the project is located between Highway 50 and its transition route which belonged to Can Giuoc Town Development Planning toward North-West direction – a convenient location for internal traffic. The site also borders Cau Tram River – an advantage characteristic when paying attention on ecological environment and Resort. To take full advantage of climate and landscape from the river, the density and height of project will be increasing from the river to the site.

The residential area is estimated about 14,200 people that designed as a single unit including many types of housing such as villas, garden houses, townhouses, low-level apartment buildings, etc. with public facilities: kindergarten, junior school, health, commercial, etc.

The design is dispersed to small park areas. One side borders large street, other side is toward to park which creating equal value for each land plot.  Especially, with absolute using of the National Grid throughout, the site is planned into Public Park with playground, square and commercial center. Keeping, renovating one part of main canal into ecological park area. This is the weakness which is created into the strong point of the site.

The design is kept and embellished religious projects. Renovating, shifting canals into underground route but ensuring land area and technical elements for entire site. In future, Kim Long residential area will contribute to the development of town toward the North, nearer to Binh Chanh District and creating peaceful place for residents.
